How does LOAI work?

State what you want in plain language — a job, a home, a co-founder, anything. LOAI's AI analyzes your wish and matches you with people whose wishes complement yours. Once aligned, you can connect and chat directly.

What are credits and how do I get more?

New accounts start with 10 free credits. Unlocking a private alignment costs 5 credits. You can buy more credits from Profile > Credits & Billing.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile > Danger Zone > Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and associated data.

How do I report a problem with another user?

On any public wish or profile, use the flag/report icon. Our moderation team reviews all reports.

I'm not receiving verification emails.

Check your spam folder first. If it still doesn't arrive within a few minutes, use "Resend Code" on the verification screen, or contact us below.
